Seymour, Owner

Seymour has been in construction for over 30 years. Starting out carrying block right after high school, he's learned how to build a house from the foundation up. Eighteen years ago he turned his focus onto Environmental Services.  He now specializes in Mold and Radon testing and mitigation. 

Jake, Project Manager

Jake has been working for The Mitigator since he was 14 years old.  After graduating High School, he obtained his Home Inspector Certification and is currently obtaining his Radon Testing and Mitigation license from Rutgers University.  Jake is a hard worker who focuses on long-term goals and the satisfaction of his clients. 

Tiffany, Office Manager

Tiffany has worked with Seymour for the last fifteen years and they have been married for over 20 years.  She has a degree in Business that focused on Management and Marketing and has a knack for customer service. She's all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that brings a project together.
